Start locally

Core tracking works on your device without a connection. An account adds backup and use on your own devices.

Choose what you share

A household invitation connects shared care. Export controls let you select a period and entry types for a separate file.

Optional analytics

Consent to anonymous usage analytics is off by default and can be changed in Settings.

Take the part of the diary you need.

Select a time range and categories before creating a file. CSV gives you tabular data; Premium adds PDF reports with a preview before you share them.
