How it works

Next sleep, next feed, time awake: Smart Day shows likely time windows based on wake windows and feeding intervals from the last seven days. In the first few days, age provides a starting point; the card explains its source. After the nap window has passed, it shows the usual night sleep. Guidance, not a guarantee.
